  Installing the Shared Calendar Plugin
  =====================================

1. Move the default calendar plugin out of the plugin directory,
if it's installed. If you are not currently using the calendar
plugin, just untar this one in squirrelmail/plugins

2. If not enabled already enable the plugin in conf.pl with option 8.

3. Using a text editor edit the file:
   squirrelmail/plugins/calendar/setup.php
Add the login names to the Administrator array
at the top of the file for the users who will be
allowed to create and modify shared calendars.

4. Login to SM and go to Options->Shared Calendar Administration
to setup the shared access calendars.

5. The calendar administration options page has two buttons,
Calendars and Users. Start by selecting Calendars. Here you
can create two types of calendars, Public, and Shared access.
Public calendars are read/write for all users. Shared access
calendars allow you to specify users who have access and how
much access they get. You can add the users and modify
their access from the Users button on the options page.

Good luck and Enjoy :) problems/question/comments
